A beach in a mountain village may sound unlikely, yet that is exactly the idea behind Maura Beach Villa. Located on Ecrin Sokak in the Maşukiye neighbourhood, the villa has turned part of its garden into a sand-floored lounging area. With sun loungers set out on it, this corner creates an outdoor space that recalls the seaside in the middle of wooded surroundings. The property is one villa, let as a whole to a single group.
The Villa and Its Capacity
Maura Villa sleeps up to ten. That is enough for family holidays that include cousins and grandparents, or for a large group of friends. Inside there are seating areas, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and wifi. A fireplace in the living area keeps the villa practical in autumn and winter, and a jacuzzi is also among the listed features. Usable all year round, the villa is chosen in summer for the pool and garden and in winter for evenings by the fire.

Location and Getting There
The villa is on the side of Maşukiye where the main street heads towards Sapanca. The village's stream-side trout restaurants and waterfalls are close by, and the Kartepe ski centre is reached by the mountain road. Sapanca Lake is also easy to visit. Travellers from Istanbul and Sakarya use the TEM (E-80) motorway or the D-100 road. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00.
