Kartepe Sukay Cafe Restaurant is on Seka Kampı Avenue, on the Kartepe side of the Sapanca Lake shore. What distinguishes it from other cafes and restaurants in the area is that eating out and water sports share the same address. Some of the tables look straight onto the lake, and the place is used as much by people coming to get on the water as by those coming to eat.
Breakfast and Food
The most requested option is the traditional Turkish breakfast spread (serpme kahvaltı). The restaurant also serves meals during the day. No alcohol is served, which makes it a comfortable choice for families and for guests who prefer an alcohol-free setting. There is seating indoors and out: the open lakeside section is the favourite in summer, the indoor room in winter. Wi-Fi is available in the restaurant. For a weekend breakfast it pays to arrive early or reserve a lakeside table; while the children are in the play area, adults can linger over tea with the lake in view.

Because the venue lies between Maşukiye village and Sapanca Lake, it is easy to stop here before or after a trip up the mountain side. Visitors from Istanbul and Sakarya reach Kartepe by the TEM (E-80) motorway or the D-100 road.
