On Erguvan Sokak, in a leafy residential part of Maşukiye, Maşukiye Bungalov & Villa answers two very different needs. On one side is a small bungalow for couples who want time to themselves, on the other a large villa that gathers an extended family under one roof. The property is listed both as a family hotel and as a honeymoon hotel.

The Family Villa is large enough for big get-togethers, such as several families meeting over a public holiday or school break. The Deluxe Bungalow comes into its own for stays for two, such as honeymoons and anniversaries.
Maşukiye Bungalov & Villa Features
As well as the private pools, the property has a hammam and a sauna. The garden has a barbecue area and sun loungers, and the veranda can be used for breakfast in the morning. The barbecue area is especially handy for larger groups who want to cook dinner in the garden. Wifi, free parking and toiletries are also provided. The pools belong only to the guests of each unit and are not overlooked, which makes the property suitable for conservative families who value privacy.
Location and Getting There
Because the property is within Maşukiye itself, the stream-side trout restaurants and the waterfalls are close at hand. The surrounding forest tracks are used for walking, and the Kartepe ski centre is reached by the mountain road. Sapanca Lake is another option for a day out. The area is accessed from Istanbul and Sakarya via the TEM (E-80) motorway and the D-100 road. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00.

Biz kısa bir hafta sonu kaçamağı için Maşukiye’ye gittik ve Bungalov Maşukiye Villa’da kaldık. Genel olarak sakinlik ve doğaya yakınlık açısından beklediğimizden daha iyi bir deneyim oldu. Bungalov temiz ve düzenliydi, içerisi çok abartılı değil ama ihtiyaçları karşılıyor. Özellikle verandada oturmak çok keyifliydi.
Odalar, mutfak, havuz her yer çok temizdi. Yeterli sayıda ekipman mevcut. Konum olarak gayet ulaşılabilir. Özellikle bahçe çok çok güzeldi. Isıtma havuzu , oturma alanı, tam bir keyif için düzenlenmiş gibi. Ve sahiplerinden de evden de çok memnun kaldık. Her şey çok güzeldi.
Geçtiğimiz hafta burada konakladık ve oldukça keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Doğanın içinde, sıcak ve rahat bungalovlarda dinlenmek harikaydı. Bungalovların şık ve kullanışlı yapısı, özel havuz ve şömine detaylarıyla birleşince tatilimize farklı bir hava kattı. Personel çok nazik ve ilgiliydi, tüm ihtiyaçlarımızla yakından ilgilendiler. Şehirden kaçıp doğanın tadını çıkarmak isteyenlere gönül rahatlığıyla öneririm.
